Identifies, qualifies, and penetrates new business opportunities from existing and potential customers using territory management skills
Schedules customer appointments with key decision-makers to overcome barriers and identify growth opportunities in the international global market
Plans quarterly business reviews (QBR’s) with customers to review business trends
Participates in joint customer calls with peers and counterparts to promote services
Attends functional meetings with sales counterparts to promote enterprise selling
Identifies account decliners and gainers to develop strategies for winning back business and promoting future growth
Maintains healthy receivables & monitor level of bad debts for the sales team
Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Executives
Conducts one-on-one review with all Sales Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales Executive’s sales and activity performance
Provides weekly & monthly Sales Report to the Director regarding sales performance.
Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Sets examples for Sales Executives in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits
Maintains contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
